The project teams of “NC “KTZ” JSC and “NAC “Kazatomprom” JSC shared their experience and opinions on the improvement of the management system of occupational safety.
During the meeting at the head office of Kazatomprom, colleagues shared the features of the development process of the management system of occupational safety, which enabled them to achieve significant results in the pilot units. Also, replication plans in relation to other subsidiaries were reported to the KTZ team.
In turn, the employees of KTZ have told about their work: the project is at the end of the “Implementation” stage, in order to develop the process of the improvement of the management system of occupational safety, the document “Basic directions of the “zero” injury strategy in “NC “KTZ” JSC was developed.
In addition, the meeting participants emphasized that the implementation of the project on the management of occupational safety at the current stage has provided the growth of a safety culture at work.
Summarizing, the teams agreed to hold similar working meetings on an ongoing basis.
