Housing policy

Joint-Stock Company "National Company" Kazakstan Temir Zholy" (hereinafter - JSC" NC "KTZh") with the purpose to preserve and enhance the human capacity and improve the attractiveness of the railway industry, is committed to provide social guarantees for workers, one of which is to create affordable conditions for the acquisition of residential premises in the property of the employees of JSC "NC" KTZh".

Sticking to the principles of transparency and fairness in the distribution of houses happens in accordance with the order by date of application.

In accordance with the Regulations of the Housing Commission, approved by Decree of the President of JSC "NC" KTZh" in the branches of JSC" NC "KTZh" created working groups, which had previously considered the application for housing workers and sent to further recommendations to the housing commission of "NC"KTZh".

As part of ongoing work on improvement social policy, one the most important directions of which is the solution of housing problems, developed a housing program of JSC "National Company" Kazakstan Temir Zholy " for 2011-2015. The program is aimed to optimize the structure of the housing stock of the Company, creating the conditions for its balanced and integrated development, management and maintenance, helping to stabilize the housing market and housing solutions for employees.

The program has over 5 years to provide housing for more than 4,000 employees, which would reduce the number in need of housing and the reduction of priority. Also a result of this program will be improvement of social and living conditions of the Company's employees will consolidate and attract highly qualified personnel, strengthen social stability.

The Program will be implemented in the following areas:

Purchase of housing for the further implementation of the employees on the basis of payment by installments for 15 years;

Collaboration with the Joint Stock Company "Zhilstroysberbank Kazakhstan": where the essence of interaction is that the company provides housing for employees, and after the employee starts accumulating on the proposed bank form.

An electronic user base was established in order to create a single queue for employees who need housing at branch offices and headquarters and for improving housing conditions.

Representatives of the working groups of JSC "NC" KTZh" branches according to the date of application shall report information on their employees submitted a full set of documents according to the List (see the list of documents required for making the registration of workers who need housing) into accounting base.

JSC "NC" KTZh" devotes considerable attention to solve the housing problems of employees living on stations 3, 4, 5 classes that are workers in essential occupations and positions that provide the appropriate production processes and service trunk rail network. Given the nature of work, they need to live near the site of their work.

In order to form a systematic approach to solve the housing problems of employees living on the stations 3,4,5 classes has been developed and approved a program that provides service housing for workers of JSC "NC" KTZh" who is living on stations 3,4,5 classes for 2010 - 2014.

In order to ensure transparency and fairness in the provision of service housing to employees have been developed and approved by the decision of the Board of JSC "NC" KTZh" The rules for providing the service housing to employees of branches of JSC" NC "KTZh". In addition, in order to improve the living conditions of workers, JSC "NC" KTZh" cooperates closely with the joint-stock company "Real Estate Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" and akimats of the cities and regions.
