Social project: over 10,000 children of railway workers to rest in health camps of Kazakhstan

JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy is launching a summer health campaign for the children of its employees. Throughout the summer, the company is organizing beneficial recreation for more than 10,000 children aged 7 to 13 inclusive from all regions of Kazakhstan.

The main goal of this large-scale social project is to show sincere care for the families of railway workers, ensure maximum comfort and safety for the younger generation, and strengthen their health. Children's health centers across the country, including the unique resort zones of Borovoye, Kapchagay, Alakol, and the Caspian coast, will be provided for KTZ's young guests. The company paid special attention to the following factors: comfort (accommodation in modern buildings with all necessary infrastructure); health (balanced nutrition, sports sections, and wellness procedures); and safety (round-the-clock security, medical support, and qualified teaching staff).

The summer camp for the children of KTZ employees is not just a vacation, but a powerful stimulus for development. The program for each season includes intellectual games, quests, creative master classes, sports tournaments, relay races, and swimming. Caring for employees is KTZ's top priority. KTZ's social policy is traditionally focused on supporting the working person. Organizing children's recreation on such a scale is an investment in the well-being of employees, which allows railway workers to be confident that their children are spending the summer in a fun, safe, and useful way.
