"Safe Crossing": Zhambyl railway workers hold safety awareness campaign for 250 Drivers

As part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" concept, Zhambyl railway workers conducted a safety awareness campaign titled "Safe Crossing" at level crossings along the "Taraz – Talas" and "Taraz – Buryl" routes. Special attention was paid to areas with heavy vehicular traffic, including crossings near the "Auyl Bereke" market and the Central Market.

The preventive raids involved representatives from the Zhambyl Transport Prosecutor's Office, the Taraz City Patrol Police Battalion, the Line Police Department at Taraz station, as well as employees from the Zhambyl Branch of the Mainline Network and the Zhambyl Operational Locomotive Depot.

During the campaign, 250 drivers were handed leaflets on the safe negotiation of railway level crossings. Railway workers and law enforcement officers reminded road users of the need to strictly comply with traffic regulations and crossing signals, urging them not to risk their lives by attempting to cross ahead of an approaching train.
