The railway worker won silver at the Kazakhstan para powerlifting championship

The Aktau city hosted the Para Powerlifting Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Following the results of the competition, Dauren Madizhan, leading engineer of the production inventory sector at the Supply Department of the "Mainline Network Directorate" branch of "NC "KTZ" JSC, took second place.

Dauren Madizhan is a Master of Sports of International Class of the Republic of Kazakhstan in para powerlifting. Over the years of his sports career, he has repeatedly become a winner and prize-winner of national and international competitions.

His achievements include: — three-time champion of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2023, 2024, and 2025); — Kazakhstan Cup winner (2026); — participant in the 2023 World Championships in Rome; — silver medalist of the IPF international tournament.

This latest medal is the result of years of training and the professional sports experience of the railway worker.
