KTZ Launches Social Project "Zhyly Zhurekpen"

One of KTZ's branches signed memorandums of cooperation as part of the new social project "Zhyly Zhurekpen." This is the company's first non-profit initiative aimed at providing systematic support to employees and their families.

Project Goals:

Creating a system of moral, legal, and informational support for employees.

Developing volunteerism and a community of mutual aid.

The partners were the Republican College of Legal Consultants, the Sa'bi Health rehabilitation center, and the Bolashak Charity Foundation. A free digital platform with online consultations was created to connect them.

Key Focus Areas:

Patronage: The program covers children of employees with special needs. It includes mentoring, assistance with seasonal clothing and school supplies, and organizing leisure activities.

Information Support: Launching the "Children - Ambassadors of Good" project, which will publish stories of the achievements of employees' children.

The signing of the memorandums marked an important step in developing KTZ's inclusive culture. The event was attended by company management and employees' families, highlighting the team's personal commitment to the project.
