KTZ CEO Visits Technohubs in China

As part of his working visit to the People's Republic of China, Talgat Aldybergenov, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC KTZ, visited Chengdu, where he held a series of meetings on the digital development of the railway industry. Chengdu is a transportation hub in southwest China, handling colossal freight and passenger traffic.
During his visit, the company's CEO visited the China State Railway Group Chengdu Bureau dispatch center, where he learned about the dispatch control system and the automatic control and management systems for freight and passenger trains, which ensure safety and the continuity of transportation.
The program continued with a visit to Southwest Jiaotong University, one of the oldest universities in China specializing in transportation and logistics (130 years since its founding). This university is a platform for research and the development of innovative solutions for KTZ.
Талгат Алдыбергенов провел встречу с руководством вуза и осмотрел учебную базу университета, ознакомился с вопросами подготовки квалифицированных кадров и научного сотрудничества в сфере железнодорожного транспорта данного университета, посетил лаборатории, в которых происходит разработка и тестирование систем автоматического управления железнодорожными перевозками на общесетевом, региональном и станционном уровнях, а также прикладное обучение специалистов на примере реальных кейсов и исторических данных.
Talgat Aldybergenov met with the university's leadership and toured the university's educational facilities. He learned about the university's training programs and scientific cooperation in the field of railway transport. He also visited laboratories where automated rail transportation control systems are developed and tested at the network, regional, and station levels, as well as applied training for specialists using real-world cases and historical data.
He also met with Chengdu Sefon Software, a developer of intelligent situational awareness centers. The parties discussed the potential of using IOC solutions to create a KTZ situational awareness center to improve the efficiency of infrastructure management and passenger and freight train operations.
The visit aims to strengthen the partnership and implement advanced digital solutions in the operations of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy.
