KTZ and Italy’s DBA Group hold introductory meeting on terminal operating system (TOS) implementation

Talgat Aldybergenov, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC KTZ, held an introductory working meeting with representatives of the Italian holding group DBA Group. The meeting was also attended by QazCloud LLP and Kedentransservice JSC.

The briefing focused on launching a pilot project to implement an innovative Terminal Operating System (TOS). During the meeting, the parties discussed the current status of the project and the technical aspects of integration. The DBA Group software is planned to be deployed on the cloud infrastructure of the domestic operator, QazCloud LLP.

The key Almaty-1 terminal has been selected as the pilot site for testing this advanced IT solution. The primary goal of the cooperation is to automate terminal infrastructure and increase the operational efficiency of KTZ’s freight hubs. Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness to begin collaboration and launch the pilot operation of the system. Its successful outcomes will subsequently be scaled to other terminals across Kazakhstan.
