In the divisions and branches of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, large-scale work continues to inform employees about the draft of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and preparations for the upcoming national referendum

Today, the event took place at KTZ-Freight Transportation, LLC. The meeting was held in a mixed format: the company's management and representatives from all regional branches joined the discussion via the ZOOM platform. The speakers discussed in detail the key provisions of the constitutional reform, which includes plans to modernize public administration, strengthen the role of government institutions, and improve mechanisms for protecting citizens' rights.

KTZ-Freight Transportation employees actively participated in the discussion, noting that the effective development of the transport and logistics sector is directly linked to a stable legal environment, transparency of government processes, and reliable legal protection for workers.

Asan Umbetov, CEO (Chairman of the Management Board), emphasized in his speech the importance of updated constitutional norms aimed at strengthening principles of justice, developing institutions for civic participation, and creating a more balanced model of public administration.

U. Uaisov, Executive Director for Legal Affairs, presented the main conceptual provisions of the reform.

During the event, employees were also presented with the structure of the draft Constitution, which consists of 11 sections covering issues of the state system, human rights, government, justice, local governance, and other key areas.

Outreach efforts to explain the draft Constitution will continue in all branches and divisions of KTZ – Freight Transportation LLC.
