Since the introduction of the women's carriage service on National Carrier trains, approximately 856,000 female passengers have used this service. The service's popularity has shown impressive growth: while 260,000 women purchased tickets throughout 2025, this figure reached 65,000 in the first months of 2026 alone. These statistics demonstrate that for many women in Kazakhstan, this service has become №t just a convenient option, but a necessary condition for a comfortable trip. The main feature of this service is creating the most comfortable atmosphere for passengers. Tickets for these carriages are sold exclusively to women, and only conductors serve them. Boys under seven years of age are also permitted to travel in women's carriages when accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are available on the official website bilet.railways.kz. Sales open 45 days before train departure. When purchasing online at bilet.railways.kz, passengers must select seats marked "ЖН", and when visiting train station ticket offices, inform the ticket clerk in advance of your choice of a seat in a specialized women's carriage.
