He was born in 1928 in Bashkiria.

HISTORY OF DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF RAILWAY STATION AKMOLA - TSELINOGRAD - AKMOLA - ASTANA

Highway project Tyumen- Akmolinsk -Tashkent initially considered in 1878 by Russian Ministry of Transport. After 1895 when the line was already operating as Chelyabinsk-Petropavlovsk - Omsk large industrial and trading companies have repeatedly discussed the plan and postponed laying roads through steel Ishim steppes for lack of solid capital investors. At this time Akmolinsk County had only about 40 km narrow gauge roads that were built by British concessionaires in 1906 - 1908 and went beyond the boundaries of the current field - between Karaganda and Spassky Copper factory. In summer of 1911 expedition was sent to survey the proposed routes Petropavlovsk- Spassky plant, whose results were published in a book issued in 1912 in St. Petersburg. But the beginning of construction was delayed again for an indefinite period.

Before World War I the Russian foreign capitalists formed a joint stock company for the construction of the South-Siberian Railway, which approved highway project Orsk - Akmolinsk-Semipalatinsk. Shyngys Tuleushin was born on 12/03/1978 in Zhezkazgan. Has higher education. In 1999 he graduated from Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications on "Economy and management in the company of rail transport," in 2002 graduated with honors - Graduate School of Law "Adilet" in specialty "Jurisprudence", in 2005 - Kazakh University of roads communication for specialty "Organization of transportation and traffic management in railway transport". His first work experience begins in 1997 in Almaty-1 station in the post of deliverer and receiver of goods cargo. In 1999 he continued as in previous position in Akmola station. Then he worked as a customs broker in "Transsystem" Company. In 2000 Shyngys Tuleushin continued organization activities of the Department of Transport. In 2001 he was transferred as chief assistant of safety in Akmola station. In 2002 - Deputy Head of the Agency point of Astana, and then deputy director of JSC "NC" KTZ "-" Astana Station" on freight and commercial work. As branch manager works from September of this year. Shyngys Tuleushin has an MA in "Interoperability, certification and security at the international railway Transport of Ukraine and Central Asia". He has published several articles in "Magistral" trade magazine.

About the branch

As a result of rapid economic and cultural growth of Astana transport sector of the northern capital as the economic infrastructure has undergone substantial changes.

Thus, on the basis of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 97 dated by 26.01.1994, Tselinograd station was renamed as Akmola station.

On the basis of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 600 from 06.05.2001, Akmola station was renamed as Astana station.

Since 2001, the station operates as a subsidiary of Astana first Republican State Enterprise "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy", then of Branch State Enterprise "Infrastructure", from 2002 – of Closed Joint Stock Company "National Company" Kazakhstan Temir Joly", and since 2004 of "National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" station stana. According to expert estimates projected significant growth in freight transport hub in Astana. What actually occurs in practice, especially in the three dominant scales in Kazakhstan regions: North, South, East and West.

Astana is in the geographical center of the country and having a wide transport and communications network, has generally sufficient capacity to provide significant position in the transport market.

By the meaning of transportation hub we understand geographical point splicing and the interaction of multiple modes of transportation. Crossings involve participation in a single transportation process is not only different modes of transport, but also industrial, commercial, shipping and other companies, which leads to large regional growth trends, which can be identified from Astana.

“Dostyk” station

An international border crossing Dostyk – Alashankou was placed into operation in 1991 and ensured cargo transportation by rail between Europe and Asia through the territory of Kazakhstan, forming an additional transcontinental route, which links countries of Asian-Pacific region, Middle East, Eastern and Western Europe.  
 
The Dostyk station is a part of Alakol area of Almaty region. Acutely continental climate.
 
There are minerals: Andreyev and Ildersay bentonite clay deposits. The region has a developed irrigated cropping and dry farming, production of cereal and vegetable crops, the main focus is on dairy and meat cattle-breeding.
