About 200 young railway workers visited corporate youth camp of JSC NC "KTZ"

The 8th session of the corporate youth camp of JSC NC "KTZ" - "Sen bolmasan, kim?" took place in the Borovoe.
 
The participants of the annual event were young managerial specialists under the age of 35 from all regions of Kazakhstan. Within five days they not only received additional education in the field of managerial competencies, but also the experience for personal growth in training sessions aimed at motivating to self-development and an active life position.
 

ОOne of the fundamental components of the program "Sen bolmasan, kim?" are developmental trainings, the content of which is aimed at the formation and development of a teamwork culture. This stage included developmental trainings, team-building games, work on projects in the light of the core values of JSC NC "KTZ". All this aroused a lively response from the participants of the event, they discussed with their colleagues pressing problems and jointly looked for ways to solve them. This format of the event not only unites the many thousands of railway workers, but also helps in the search and generation of new, and sometimes non-standard and innovative ideas.

"I want to thank the management of the Company for the special attention to the youth. After all, such events contribute to improving the corporate spirit. In a short time we managed to make friends with colleagues from different regions of our country and learn something new, " said Aigul Khamieva, the duty officer at the station of Atyrau.

Natalya Bakhmutova, the business coach invited to the corporate youth camp, also stressed the main task of holding such events to unite young specialists from KTZ  from all regions of Kazakhstan, to learn how to act as a team and solve problems jointly.

"The future depends on the youth and the Company pays special attention to it. JSC NC "KTZ" conducts competent work on training, personal and professional development of young specialists. An important factor is the familiarity of colleagues from different regions with each other. This site contributes to the expansion of the boundaries in the understanding of professional activities," she noted.

All the winners of competitions  were awarded medals, cups and memorable prizes.
